Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino, Punta Cana

My recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful, but the cleanliness of the rooms left a bit to be desired. While I appreciated the spacious feel of the rooms, they seemed outdated. The service, while well-intentioned, felt intrusive at times, which was quite frustrating. Dining experiences varied, with some pleasant meals but a few sales pitches that detracted from the overall enjoyment.

The hotel has a decent beach area, which was somewhat marred by seaweed, but I did appreciate the scenic views. The room was clean but I did encounter a leak from the ceiling, which was a bit concerning. Although the resort is close to the beach, the service was overly pushy, making it hard to relax. Some of the amenities were okay, but overall, the experience could have used some improvements.

My experience at the resort spa was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the spacious nature of the rooms and the great view of the ocean, the service left much to be desired with some intrusive behavior from the staff. The dining options did not meet my expectations, especially with some undercooked food. However, the location was perfect for a family getaway, with activities for kids nearby.
